The Carlos Lezama Archives and Caribbean Cultural Center (CLACC-C) held its annual Junior Panfest on August 25, 2018.
The Adlib Steel Orchestra participated for the second time. Adlib's composition was arranged by Terrel St. John and David Pierre, their first try at arranging a Panorama performance.
