Home / New York Steelpan / Brooklyn Labor Day Weekend Panorama 2016 248
These are photographs taken during the Panorama competition on September 3rd in Brooklyn, NY, during the 2016 Labor Day weekend.
Most of the photographs are of the Adlib Steel Orchestra from Uniondale, NY, a band I have been associated with for many years. There are some photographs of other bands participating, in particular Steel X-Plosion USA. Additionally there are photographs of friends I saw during the festivities.
To see photographs of Adlib rehearsing for the Panorama competition, click HERE.
You can listen to two versions of Adlib's Panorama arrangement as recorded in the panyard shortly before Panorama: click here for the "tempo" version. or click here for the slow "laid back" version.
To view as a slideshow on a desktop/laptop (the best way to see all the pictures full sized), click on the small logo which looks like an old-fashioned movie camera with tripod legs above this text.
