These are photographs of various events, mostly pan oriented, during Trinidad Carnival 2014.
There will be no pictures of mas Kings and Queens or Dimanche Gras again this year, as the mas organizations have raised the fees to totally outrageous unaffordable amounts. There also is a battle between the NCC and a new mas organization over rights payments which may spill over onto those of us who attempt to provide historical coverage of Carnival events. It is sad that Trinidad's cultural events can be held hostage to such nonsense.
